Apple has silently pulled the API that it first released in JUNE as a part of its Mobile Device Bundle. This API coming in with iOS 4.0 allowed access to system files that are altered to jailbreak a device and determine if they have been jailbreaked. This helped enterprise apps makers to ensure that no unsecured / jailbreaked iPhone, iPod touch / iPad connects to the enterprise servers.
