Weeks after Motorola sued Apple for infringing a bunch of its patents, its payback time from Apple. In an expected move, Apple has countersued Motorola with two lawsuits that allege six patent infringements by Motorola related to various technologies used in the iPhone. The lawsuites have been filed in the U.S. District Court in the Western District of Wisconsin.

Not too long ago Apple was sues for infringing multiple Nokia patents (precisely 10). Though Apple didn’t respond to the suit in media, Cupertino has fired its rocket today with a counter-suit alleging infringement of 13 of its patents by Nokia. We certainly havn’t seen the end of this!
