Though many countries now have the iPhone on sale, Jailbreaking still remains hot. The latest iPhone firmware 2.1 (released along with iTunes 8 ) has been hacked by the iPhone Dev Team, allowing 3rd party unauthorized apps to run on the iPhone 3G and the iPod Touch 1G.

Apparently iTunes 8.0 has multiple security features to check Jailbreaking and hacking of the iPhone. But for the moment the hackers have managed to steal the show…!
