Well, what brilliant news for all the World of Warcraft and Apple iPad owners! Just the perfect combination for you guys, isn’t it? World of Warcraft certainly is a brilliant MMORPG, it is famous around the globe and it has been dominating for quite a long time. I am very sure that many of you guys are happy to know that game designer, Dave Perry has uploaded a picture on his blog of World of Warcraft running on an Apple iPad.

Last time there was a video out on the Web showing World of Warcraft running on the iPhone, there were no further details about it, but I hope that this wont be the case with the iPad. I am really very interested in knowing more about this, however not a lot of details have been revealed yet. What we know is that, the World of Warcraft running on that server was streamed via a Gaikai server using regular WiFi. The company is currently planning to move various game genres on different platforms and they are also known for their famous cloud-based game streaming services.

For now I am not sure about how good the game performed on the iPad as no details regarding this were published. But, if this port is successful it may be a complete revolutionary step in MMORPG gaming. Let us hope that we soon get to see WoW on the Apple iPad.
