This new hack via Cydia uses your accelerometer and rotates your icons when you tilt the iPhone. Though the feature is not fully developed yet it is expected to be released soon. Only springboard icons move,not the dock icons. The icons rotate but not the text below it. Also one more thing that has been noticed is that the date number and icons text icon don’t move.  The preview video is below (though not very clear):
